These are a yummy and rich breakfast, snack or dessert item. Use my puff pastry recipe to make these from scratch. Get creative with these, you can fill their centers with so much.

Instructions
- Roll out puff pastry to 1/8" thick, cut into 5" squares, cut diagonals from slightly off-center to corner then egg wash.
- Turn alternating edges into the center to form a pinwheel, brush with egg wash again.
- Fill with something thick that won't melt, run or burn in the oven, otherwise fill after bake.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
- When done and cooled sprinkle with confectioner's sugar for added yum
