This recipe was so much fun to make, the flavors go amazingly together and make this dish well balanced. The malfatti has a mild enough flavor that it pairs well with the robust sauce, but still flavorful enough that it doesn’t get lost in the sauce. I hope you enjoy making (and eating) this dish as much as I did. Happy cooking!

This dish is definitely a crowd-pleaser. Easy to make, this recipe will have your family coming back for seconds (I know mine sure did). This is something that I will be making again, and often. Most of your prep is done the day before which makes for quick cooking and flavorful meat. I hope you all love this as much as my family did, enjoy!

Four generations all doing their part and coming together to make something delicious. Zucchini cake is a wonderful recipe that not everyone would think tastes as good as it does. I paired this one with a quick cream cheese icing but it tastes amazing plain as well. I hope you enjoy it. Happy Baking!
