Stinger Cocktail

The Stinger Cocktail originated in the US in the 1890’s and remained popular until the 1970’s. This simple drink can be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestif as it is very minty. The recipe calls for white crème de menthe, but I thought using green crème de menthe would be a great adult beverage to serve during holiday festivities. Enjoy!

Courage is all  this recipe really requires. I will say ample overhead clearance helps a great deal  as well  though. Banana’s Foster is ready in an instant and easily altered to individual liking’s. Alexander Cocktail

This cocktail is known as an Alexander and may contain brandy or gin. For this recipe, I have substituted with Southern Comfort, but you may use any brandy or gin that you enjoy. Creamy and rich, this cocktail is the definition of decadence.
