  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Line a half baking sheet (18"x13") with parchment/wax paper and place crackers over entire area. Saltine crackers works best!
  • On medium-low heat, melt butter in a pot and combine brown sugar, keep mixing until well blended. Pour mixture over crackers and bake for five minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over melted toffee. Bake again for 10 more minutes
  • Sprinkle chopped almonds over the top and cool for 20 minutes before serving. For those with food allergies, you can substitute nuts with Japanese rice crackers (arare) or crushed pretzels!
