- Make patties with ground beef
- Sprinkle with flour and salt and brown in skillet. Lay cheese slices on patties to melt and sit aside
- Dice and sauté onions until translucent and add shopped garlic until fragrant
- Add wine, tomato sauce and spaghetti mix to onions and garlic mixture and reduce about half way.
- Add parmigiana cheese to sauce and lay patties in to simmer. Squeeze one lemon, and add capers. Cover for 15 minutes.
- Boil water and dash of salt.
- Add your choice of pasta to boiling water and remove when al dente.
- Place pasta in a place and top with patty and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese (optional)
