Instructions
- Add oil to pan and add salt and pepper to chicken. Fry chicken until browned on both sides. Move to plate
- Add veggies and garlic to pan until lightly browned but still have snap.
- Make slurry from cornstarch and water
- Add chicken back to pan, add soy sauce and slurry to pan and cook until thickened, stirring fairly often so nothing burns
- Serve over rice
