These little drops of heaven remind me of Almond Joys, except without the almonds. Although, you can surely add them to give a nice crunch. The soft texture of the inside of the drops pairs well with the crunchier exterior, or add your choice of nuts/seeds for an even better combination! It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s delicious!

Chocolate Coconut Drops
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a lightly buttered cookie sheet.
- In the top of a double boiler combine the chocolate, salt, and the sweetened condensed milk, and stir frequently until thickened.
- Remove from the heat, and fold in the vanilla and the coconut.
- Drop it by teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart from each other. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, or until set. Immediately remove from the sheet and let cool.
