This is a quick and easy meal with a ton of flavor. I love the cheesiness of the pasta with the smoke of the tequila and the tang of the lime. It’s a full-on mouth surprise.

Instructions
- Slice the chicken breast into strips. Then place the chicken in a dish with the garlic, 2 tbsps of the olive oil and of the lime juice. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, drop in the fettuccine and cook until al dente. About 8 minutes for dried pasta and 3 minutes for fresh pasta, drain in a colander.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tbsps of olive oil over medium-high heat, and saute the onion and chicken until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, tequila, and the heavy cream. Cook until the liquid has thickened to sauce consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and stir well.
