  • Prepare dredge station by mixing thoroughly, flour, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and cyanine pepper
  • Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Remove chicken from the refrigerator
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture and then into flour mixture, coating entire surface. For crispier crust- repeat the process. Prep all chicken for frying
  • Heat oil until it starts to boil.
  • Carefully place chicken into hot oil and cook until the chicken is crispy and golden brown. When the center reaches 165 degrees, remove and allow the excess oil to drain off. A clean paper towel is very helpful to absorb the hot oil.
  • Bring wine or apple cider to a boil and add diced mushrooms, minced garlic, tarragon, sage and rosemary. Allow it to reduce in half and add chicken into the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot and enjoy
