- Grease and flour the pan
- Sift the flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and allspice
- Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl
- Mix on low speed for 3 minute, scrape the bowl constantly
- Than mix for another 3 minute on medium speed and constantly scrape the bowl
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake
