- Mix honey and oil into a paste and rub into chicken strips
- Fry chicken over medium-high heat in oil of your choosing, for this I use a little more sesame or a very light olive. While chicken is frying, sprinkle with sesame seeds. When browned, place on a dish. Takes about 5 minutes to get well browned.
- Add a little more oil to your pan if the chicken soaked it all up. Add onions and gently stir fry for 1-2 minutes to begin to soften.
- Add tomato and sprinkle with oregano and basil. Then add asparagus and/or broccoli and stir fry until tender, about 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with up to 2 tbsp of sauce you chose
