This no-bake lime pie was a big hit around the house and it was a lot of fun to make as well. It has that fresh lime aroma and the pretty green color just makes it look so appetizing and I can promise you it tastes as good as it looks!

Crust
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan and chill. Pie
- In a stand mixer, beat egg yolks until they thicken and are lemon in color.
- On low, gradually add the sweetened condensed milk. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add food coloring to preferred color of choice and beat well.
- Add lime juice and 1 tablespoon of the lime zest and mix well. Transfer to a different bowl and clean the mixer bowl.
- In the stand mixer, whip egg whites and cream of tartar on medium high speed until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the lime mixture.
- Pour into the crust and refrigerate for 5 hours or until set. Whipped cream
- In a stand mixer whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- On low, gradually add the sugar. Once combined, turn up to medium high and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Garnish top of pie with whipped cream and remaining lime zest.
