This recipe is the perfect building block for anything from pancakes to any flavor of bread. I chose to show this on a pumpkin bread as we are coming into the fall and well who doesn’t love pumpkin bread.

- In food processor, pulse pecans until finely chopped
- Combine butter and maple syrup then add pecans, blend till combined
- Wrap into any shape or mold that you wish and freeze to hold shape
