I love farm-to-table cooking and fresh produce is at the heart of that. Strawberries from the fields can’t be beaten. I do a lot with strawberries in the summer and this ie one of my favorites because it’s quick and easy.

Instructions
- Slice the strawberries into slices. Making sure to remove the tops. Then arrange them in the pie shell.
- Boil the crushed strawberries, sugar and cornstarch until transparent.
- Power the mixture over the strawberries already in the pie shell while still hot. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
