Play with these, get creative 🙂 Add chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas, change up the extract, instead of vanilla or almond, go for cinnamon, banana, orange, add a little cinnamon to the batter .. have fun with these!!!

  • Sift dry ingredients together
  • Whisk in liquid ingredients as well as any additional fruit, chocolate chips, etc you've chosen to use
  • Pour a small amount into a greased frying pan at medium heat. It'll begin to bubble, fluff and take on a slightly dry appearance, about 2-3 minutes. Flip it over with a spatula and fry the other side for another minute or two until it's well browned also.
  • Serve with butter, syrup, additional fruit, chocolate chips, whip cream, etc.
