Peach Sherbet

This is the perfect end of summer treat. Light and fruity; and easy to make. All you need is a food processor or blender, and a freezer!  It’s never been easier to have a healthier version of a frozen treat!

  • Add peach slices, sugar, water, and juice from peaches to food processor.
  • Blend until fully chopped and blended
  • Add egg white and blend for 3 to 5 more minutes
  • Place in bowl or pan and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Let thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before serving and enjoy.

Notes

You can use fresh peaches, frozen peaches or canned peaches.
