- Add sugar, graham cracker crumbles, and melted butter in a bowl
- Mix with fork until combined
- Dump into a 8 or 9 inch pie pan/tin and press the bottom and sides of the pan until evenly spread. Pie filling
- Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes
- Add the ice cubes and continue to stir until gelatin thickens (about 2 to 3 minutes)
- Remove any ice cubes that are not melted
- Add heavy whipping cream to stand mixer ( or use hand mixer) mix until cream sets (about 3 to 5 minutes)
- Add whipped cream to gelatin mixture
- Fold in fruit (if adding fruit)
- Chill the mixture if needed before putting into pie crust
- Spoon mixture into pie crust and chill for a minimum of 3 hours
