- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water
- Add mashed strawberries
- Bring to a boil and allow to cook for 15 min. Stirring vigorously.
- Allow mixture to get thick and remove from the stove
- Allow mixture to cool and add the strawberry glaze to the lemon cheesecake
