- Brown hamburger with oregano, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and parsley. Drain the hamburger.
- Add the tomato sauce. Add water to can in order to rinse the can, and add that to the pan.
- Add the chili powder and the red wine vinegar, bring that to a boil, simmer until everything is cooked into the meat and the mixture is barely moist.
