Great, easy, summer supper when you don’t want to turn the stove on. I serve it over rice. This is a favorite.

Making the marinade
- Combine salad dressing, ketchup, wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and red hot pepper sauce; mix well.
- Cut steak into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Put steak and shrimp into the marinade. Then put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Remove the marinade from the refrigerator. Remove the beef and shrimp from the marinade.
- Alternate beef cubes, shrimp, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and squash on 6 skewers.
- Place skewers on a medium heat grill.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Brushing occasionally with the marinade as you do so. Just before done, add a cherry tomato on the end of each skewer.
