Fruit Salad with Vanilla Pie Filling

This is a twist on your typical fruit salad. Here you’ll take the fruits of your choosing and mix them with pie filling. The original recipe from the book called for lemon pie filling, but not the instant. Here vanilla was used. It’s a different twist on an old staple. Enjoy !!!

Fruit Tart

Making these is a process, it’s why they are often special ordered at bakeries or only offered a couple of days a week. The process, to me, is a pleasure and I love putting them together with love.
