Yes, it’s that good. I’m also sharing a version of my guacamole recipe, for those that understand the addiction. (NOT sorry, just so you know.)

Instructions

Guacamole
- Mix well, then taste and adjust the seasoning balance.
- Place in container, smooth the top, the pat down a bit of plastic wrap across the top until you're ready to use it, and pop it in the fridge. Bean Dip
- Spread beans in the bottom of your pan.
- Add the onion, chiles, and seasonings to the beans, mixing well.
- Spread evenly across the bottom of your dish.
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese together, blending well. Spread on top of beans.
- Spread the guacamole next.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top of the guacamole.
- Garnish with olives and the second portion of the diced tomatoes.
- Feed your tribe!!!
