Cheesy New Potatoes

This is a wonderfully cheesy side dish that’s full of flavor. Pictured with Beef Stew with Marsala.

  • Wash potatoes but don't peel. Slice into small slices. Boil in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes
  • Heat in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400.
  • Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Place each layer of potatoes, cheese, and bacon in casserole dish. Pour on melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat til reach top.
