- Wash potatoes but don't peel. Slice into small slices. Boil in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes
- Heat in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Place each layer of potatoes, cheese, and bacon in casserole dish. Pour on melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat til reach top.
