Cherry Cream Chocolate Truffles

Truffles with a filling are delicious and don’t have to be hard to make. Cherry filled truffles are a great gift as well.

    Cherry Cream
  • In a bowl, cream the butter and condensed milk
  • Add 5 cups of powdered sugar and the drained chopped cherries, mix well. (The dough should be soft but not sticky)
  • Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes or until firm
  • Chocolate
  • Add your chocolate to a pan on low heat to melt until melted and smooth. (making sure not to burn the chocolate)
  • Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate and return back to the lined sheet.
  • Let set until firm at room temperature or place in freezer for about 5 mins.
  • Enjoy!
