Instructions
- Mix the nuts and chocolate together and spread half onto a butter lined cookie tray
- Mix butter and sugar in a pot, bring to a boil, and cook until between the soft and hard crack stages 284-300 degrees on a candy thermometer
- Spread this out over cookie sheet in a thin layer, top with remaining nuts/chocolate mixture spreading that out well
- Allow to cool and break apart
