This Dessert was very creamy and sweet. If I were to make it again I would make it with out the ice cream and use whipped cream instead but it was nice to share with my family

Instructions
- Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add cold water
- Divide 1 1/2 c of gelatin into 4 glasses, chill until set
- Chill remaining 2/3 cup until partially set
- Mix together, partially set gelatin with ice-cream then whip together until fluffy
- Spoon over gelatin and chill until firm.
- Serve with a dollop of whip cream Whipped Cream
- Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form
- Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks
