Frothy Pink Dessert

Yields: 4 Servings Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 5 Mins

This Dessert was very creamy and sweet. If I were to make it again I would make it with out the ice cream and use whipped cream instead but it was nice to share with my family

  • Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add cold water
  • Divide 1 1/2 c of gelatin into 4 glasses, chill until set
  • Chill remaining 2/3 cup until partially set
  • Mix together, partially set gelatin with ice-cream then whip together until fluffy
  • Spoon over gelatin and chill until firm.
  • Serve with a dollop of whip cream

  • Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form
  • Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks
