Instructions
- Prepare 4 pieces of foul about 12" long by spraying them with non-stick cooking spray, wiping them with a little butter or oil or simply using non-stick foil.
- Toss all the ingredients together except the lemon juice.
- Place equal quantities of mix onto each sheet of foil.
- Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Fold all edges of foil in like an envelope, lay seam side down on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 20 minutes
