Radish Stir-Fry

Yields: 4 Servings Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 10 Mins Cook Time: 20 Mins Total Time: 30 Mins

Three supermarkets and a few produce stores later, I found all ingredients for this light, bright with a bite stir-fry.

The recipe didn’t call for oyster sauce,  lemongrass, or ginger, but these ingredients add peppery spice and acidic assertive flavors, converting it into an unforgettable dish.

Gosh, I remember the first time I tried doing a stir-fry. It was a delightful mash of vegetables because I didn’t have my heat at the right temperature and used way too much oil.

However, this radish recipe with green onions turned out perfect. It was fulfilling, crisp in bite, with umami, and a quick recipe that would go beyond expectations. It is a fast dish that pairs really well with tender beef or juicy chicken since it will soak up all that flavor at the bottom of the pan.

I hope you enjoy making this dish, as I enjoyed tasting it!
