Deep fried tender beef in a tempura batter with tender sauted vegetables topped with a flavorful sweet and sour sauce.

- Take 1 lb. of sirloin steak and into 1/4 inch strips 1 inch long. Cut bell pepper and onion into 1/2 inch slices and halved.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, ice-cold water, and well-beaten eggs. Mix until a medium consistency.
- Lightly dredge meat prices in flour then dip into tempura batter then adding to oil. Cook meat until a light brown and place onto paper towels to drain excess oil. Place in a warm area.
- In a large skillet add 3-4 tbls of oil, saute vegetables until al dente, add tomatoes and pineapple chunks 1/2 way through as not to overcook.
- In a small bowl mix water and starch and make a slurry.
- In a medium saucepan add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, ketchup. Mix in slurry until desired thicknesses.
- To plate arrange vegetables add beef tempura and top with sauce or serve the sauce on the side. Top with toasted sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.
