Here is a new twist to an old classic. My family loves tuna salad sandwiches and this gave a new and exciting change. It is perfect for lent or if you just want to avoid red meat and change things up just a bit, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family did.

Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine first 9 ingredients together till mixed well
- Form into patties
- Lightly grease a frying pan with butter and put over medium heat
- Place patties in hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side
- While patties are cooking combine together the remaining mayo and sriracha in a small bowl (if it is too spicy for your liking you may add more mayo)
- In the last 3 minuets of cooking the patties add cheese
- Build your burger to your liking and enjoy
