As a child, I remember my family making banana bread. Until recently I had never really heard of zucchini cake. I love the vegetable, but I never knew that it could be made sweet as well. I loved the entire process of making this cake. I loved the new cream cheese frosting as well. Everything is really simple to make. I would encourage you to try this recipe.
