- In 5qt pot heat salad olive oil on medium-high, add ground beef, onion, green pepper, and onion. Stir frequently until onions are tender.
- Add in the tomatoes (with their liquid), chili powder, and salt. heat to a boil.
- Once boiling reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for 1hour, Stirring occasionally.
- Stir in beans (with their liquid). heat until hot.
- Garnish with Cheddar Cheese (I used white cheddar), and Onion.
