  • In a large saucepan melt 1 tbsp of butter, add onion and bell peppers, saute till onion is soft
  • Add cabbage and saute 3-5 minutes
  • Add next tbsp of butter and melt
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Add rice and saute for 2-4 minutes
  • Add water and bring to a full boil
  • Reduce heat to simmer
  • Cover and simmer for 18 minutes. Serve and enjoy
