Maple Parfait

Yields: 6 Servings Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 20 Mins Cook Time: 10 Mins Total Time: 30 Mins

When I think of a parfait my mind goes to layered yogurt, fruit, and granola. This recipe is completely different, no yogurt, fruit, or granola at all! Plus, it’s frozen! It’s easy to make and refreshing on a hot day. If you can’t find nut brittle, use a crushed-up toffee bar to sprinkle on top.
