- In a medium skillet with high edges melt 1 tbsp of butter, add onion and saute till translucent
- Add next tbsp of butter and melt
- Add rice and toast for 2-4 minutes
- Add half a cup of broth at a time to rice stirring. When rice absorbs the broth add the next half cup
- Continue till rice is tender
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve and enjoy
